As part of the Sighob Group we are one of 4 business units that are united to fabricate, install and maintain quality sheet metal, roofing and cladding products to serve the building, maintenance and construction industry.

Working in harmony with our sister companies, we create synergy to benefit clients as we each play our part to service the market.

Roofing & Sheetmetal Centre: Servicing roofers, plumbers, electricians, builders, and trades as well as construction companies and other specialist businesses. We fabricate, manufacture and supply metal roofing and building products including custom-made items, flashings, roof sheets and a range of standard roofing products.

Signal & Hobbs: Working with Tier 1 building and construction companies on major projects, Signal & Hobbs are an experienced and trusted metal roofing and cladding subcontractor. We are proud to support our clients to successfully deliver major construction projects, including many landmark buildings.

SH Roof Maintenance: Supporting asset owners, managing agents and facilities managers, our clients count on the experience and attention to detail of S.H. Roof Maintenance. We provide proactive scheduled maintenance and safety systems, as well as reactive and emergency repairs.

Employing experienced roof-plumbers and tradespeople and investing in the training and education of apprentices and the ongoing training and development of our team we have the skills and experience to complete work to a high-quality standard.

As part of the Sighob Group we are also able to draw on an extended team of roof plumbers and specialist trades from Signal & Hobbs and SH Roof. This provides us with additional capability and capacity to deliver projects. As our manufacturing and procurement partner, we rely on our other sister business, Roofing and Sheetmetal Centre to fabricate the many custom flashings and fittings that go into each project as well as sourcing roof-sheets and cladding products and organising the logistics for our projects.

When it comes to quality, open communication and honest two-way dialogue is important. We build strong working relationships with our customers – architects, builders, developers and asset owners – enabling us to understand and deliver an outcome that is true to the vision of the architect and project owner while respecting the realities of the physical building and the construction programme. Working as an integral part of the site team we make sure that we collaborate with the head contractor, builder and other trades, coming together to achieve an exacting standard for the finished building.
