Since inception, Zinc Cladding Australia has remained at the forefront of the market for Architectural Metal Cladding & Roofing building projects in the commercial, community and residential sectors.


Taking responsibility for supply and installation, we specialise in delivering architectural metal cladding and roofing projects for architects, builders and developers. We are also regularly engaged for building refurbishments, including re-roofing and the replacement of fire-rated cladding, by government and commercial asset owners.


Founded in 2016 in response to market demand for an experienced, dedicated and professional Cladding & Roofing subcontractor, specialising in Architectural Building Projects, we are leaders in our industry, trusted by our customers and respected by our peers.


With a team of fully-qualified and experienced roof-plumbers, carpenters and cladding specialists, supported by dedicated estimating and project management, we have a successful track-record completing many complex and high-end projects. 
We have experience using the full spectrum of cladding and roofing materials. This includes traditional materials and finishes as well as new product innovations when they come to market. 


Our expert team have a shared commitment to support our customers throughout the project cycle. Working closely with our clients, we apply our estimating expertise to ensure accuracy and value in our quotes and then ensure seamless project delivery by working collaboratively with the site team. 


As part of the Sighob Group , we draw on a 50-year heritage and the expertise, capacity and support of our parent company and related business, Signal & Hobbs, Roofing & Sheet Metal Centre, SH Roof Maintenance. Roofing & Sheet Metal Centre (RSC) is a specialist fabrication, manufacturing and sourcing company.  Vertically integrated into the operation of Zinc Cladding, Roofing & Sheet Metal Centre support us on a daily basis and throughout the delivery cycle for each Zinc Cladding project as our primary supply chain partner.


As an important part of our supply chain, RSC locally manufactures the many roofing and sheet metal products, like flashings, capping, brackets, skylights, and hatches, that we use in the delivery of architectural cladding and roofing projects. Regardless of whether these elements are custom made for a specific position on the roof or the façade or are made in batches for repeated applications on a project, we blend our in-house fabrication and manufacturing capability with our expert procurement and logistics team. This integrated approach ensures that everything is produced, procured and delivered to site ready for installation by our site team.


In addition to supporting seamless project delivery and minimising site delays, this relationship provides strict control over the quality of the materials we use and the fit-and-finish and colour match of specially fabricated items. The support of RSC coupled with the experience and commitment of our site team contributes to the high-quality project outcomes we achieve.
